| Dear sisters and brothers . First of all i would like to thank everyone for guiding me in a right way and trying to help to solve this problem of mine,i really dont have words to say thanks,i can only say Waheguru ji will give all the happiness and prosperity to all of you. To be more clear in this matter i want to say that my husband was already married before but he hide all this from us and i came to know this after my child's birth,when that lady all of a sudden came to my home and fighted with me,she is very rude and cruel,this all was very shocking to me (my husband lie,that he was already married and all of a sudden appreance of that lady) but i kept patience because i had little baby of one month in my lap at that time,but after this incident my husband committed this infront of both ladies that he will not give divorce to any one and he will take care being a man of the house,but after this only all sufferings started in my life,i have gone throuh a lot ,now i am fed up ,i need justice and right for my son who is legally a canadian citizen. i m trying my best to solve this problem ,did complaint in rcmp(canada)also but till now nothing is done ,suffering from last two yrs ,sitting at my parents home and listening to all people,without having emotional&finencial support from my husband,i dont understand why his heart hs become like a hard rock,he does not even think about his kid who is always remembers his father and about me that how m i taking care of all the things,he was not rude like this before,i dont know what happend to him canadian govt.is also not helping me in this matter,i really feel like killing myself but only thoink of my son ,but now with the grace of Waheguru ji,i am feeling some energy to fight against this injustice,so that no one dares to repeat such mistake in his life. please let me know if someone knows any lawer in canada, how and what is the procedure to sue him and to file a case,from india my parents have filed a case ,the lawer has sent summons 3/4 times but no one is receiving,everythime report is coming-this peron is unknown in this area/not avialable. now i dont know how to cath him ,he keeps on changing his adress and tel.no's,kindly let me know if by his citizenship no.or by his passpert no.is it possible to find him,if yes,please tell me how? regards to everyone mrs abhilasha mudhar |
