| Khalsa Ji, Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh, Unfortunately, 108 Sant Baba Attar Singh Ji Mastuane departed for the Celestial Kingdom in 1927, which was well before my time. However, Kalgidhar Patsha has been merciful to me and granted the sangat of Puran Brahm Giani’s from the lineage of 108 Sant Baba Karam Singh Ji Hoti Mardan. I have read and heard much about Sant Baba Attar Singh Ji. It is my conclusion that none is capable of praising Sant Ji, not even his own sevadhars, such was his standing. Even 108 Sant Baba Basant Singh Ji of the Hoti Mardan lineage when pressed to comment upon Sant Ji told the sangat that such an entity could not be honored with words. On the point of the Amrit Ceremony, without question both Sant Ji and all Sikh Brahm Giani’s from the lineage of Bhai Daya Singh Ji do not personally partake. Every aspect of the initiation is to the exact requirements of Kalgidhar Patsha precisely as it was performed in 1699. The Panj Pyare take full charge in the presence of SGGS Ji with the amrit being prepared using a Khanda and bata. The ceremony goes as far as having Gursikhs attending the entrance and exits of the place of initiation with drawn Sri Sahibs. No persons are allowed to enter or leave until the completion of the initiation. Sadly, variants of the initiation have come to exist fueled by modern day influences and the questionable agenda’s of the minority.
