So eating out of Iron Utensils is only a tradition followed by two schools of Sikhism. So to clarify this practice is not needed to be a good Sikh.
I was a bit confused there because entirely cooking and eating out of iron utensils seemed a bit unpractical, and I didn't understand the spiritual requirement of that.
