| Yuvak Yuvak Ji, You added - “before you all start flaming me, I would like to let u know that I am not a trimmer.” If you believe that a trimmer or a Hindu is a Sikh then why are you not a trimmer? Think about it…… It is obvious that in order to smell the fragrance, a flower must be attached to the ‘roots’ else the fragrance will fade away with time. Like our emotions – happiness, sadness, anger etc. show from our face, so does Sikhi. If one carries the Sikhi values inside, they will become apparent with ‘Sikhi Sroop’ eventually. I am not here to criticize the work of those models, if there bearded (even trimmed) face makes girls (born in Sikh families) to see a kesadhari man as ‘complete’ man and not asking for ‘clean shavens’ to marry, I think these models did a marvellous job. They may not be promoting Sikh image but definitely something opposite to what bollywood has portrayed so far.
