| This is a very important step in bringing Sikhs into mainstream. Let us not argue about who is a true Sikh or not, and give these people the credit they deserve. I am sure the person who started this modelling agency must have received much critism from friends and foes about his venture, but he did not let any one discourage him. These are the kinds of people we need from our community to come forward, if we want to change the way the world perceives us. Also, looking forward to the movie " Jo Bole So Nihaal", where Sunny Deol plays a turbaned Sikh, as i have understood, he is doing. He is supposed to introduce a (sikh model, I beleive), Vijayata Sandhu , who is a Chritian Dior model, as his leading lady. SSA |
