| After watching this news on the BBC TV and later reading it on the net some questions hovered over my mind: Is this really something to be proud of? Does it really reflect proper form of Sikhi? (as most of the guys shown in the news clipping are trimmers) Is it really something which Sikhs really crave for; or its just because they have never been given a chance in modelling, and now that they somehow get it, it becomes important? Shouldn't Sikhs concentrate on becoming role models in the society rather than becoming ramp models? |
