| WGJKK WGJKF This topic has raised points that have been close to my heart as I have recently been in the Punjab. Pollution of one kind or another is a MAJOR problem in the Punjab, whether it be in the villages or in the industrial areas and cities. How long is it before the results of all this pollution manifest themselves in the human population? One key to the answer is to take a note from what is happening to the wildlife. Pollution in the Punjab and india is not something that is going to go away in a hurry as it's economy is growing and polluting industries are a part of that process. Also more folks are going to acquire motor vehicles as affluence increases and so on. |
