i know similar questions have been answered. i would like some real advice on this just to provide me with "tassali" as they say in punjabi which means kind of "satisfaction" with your response.

i just would like to know why it has been said that sex within marriage is acceptable, but masturbation before marriage is not. is it not just like one of the flavours of life - which are just a part of life? does one not feel lust while having sex? does one not enjoy different flavours / pleasures / tastes in other ways while living a sikh lifestyle?

how is masturbation different? i apologize if this is a repetition but i would really appreciate some advice and discussion of these questions.

your help is sincerely appreciated

I just answered this question five minutes ago. Go read the answer. If it does not suit you, ask it again and elaborate what you want more than what I said. Basicly, the only reason for men not to masturbate is because on an energetic level, it dries up the seminal fluid going to the brain, making it harder to concentrate and focus. You decide. GTKK
