I have been in a lot of situations where people have been racist to me. Is it right to fight someone if they were being racist to you? If not what are the other posibilites. Also is it right to use a kara or any other weapon when trying to defend yourself. Please reply to this question.

If someone is being racist, rude, obnoxious, etc., it is not worth your energy to get worked up over it. Simply ignore them and keep your cool.
It is only acceptable to fight someone when they are attacking you or someone else and you have exhausted all other means of persuading them to back off. The use of any weapon in a fight increases the chance of serious injury or death, so only use the force necessary to incapacitate the aggressor.
Humbly,
