If you’ve ever had the blessing to watch children from birth through the first few years, you know that children are naturally the most incredibly spiritual beings. They are the essence of spirituality because their entire perception of life is NOW. For them, as of yet, past is non-existent. and the future is something completely inconceivable. They are blissfully unaware that there even is a past or future and that makes their participation in the present the only experience they are aware of – and they give it their all.
Here is a fun meditation you and your child can do to experience living in the now and enhance your spiritual energy. Sit cross-legged with your hands in Prayer Pose, palms pressed firmly together at the center of your chest.
