Sit on your heels. Bring your arms behind you in Venus Lock: interlace the fingers, men with the left pinky in the lowest position, women shift all their fingers so that left thumb is on top and right pinky on bottom. Keeping the back straight, bring your forehead to the floor, while bringing the arms straight up behind you; then return to the starting position.
