- Sit in a comfortable cross legged sitting position.
- Make fists, thumbs inside.
- Thumbs touch the base of the little finger (mercury mound).
- Place fists in front of your chest, facing down.
- Knuckles face each other and are about one inch apart.
- Arms and wrists are straight and parallel to the ground.
- Eyes focused on the tip of the nose.
Chant out loud
HAR HAR HAR HAR
Whisper
HAR HAR HAR HAR
Repeat cycle.
Continue for 31 minutes.
