Start with your hands in prayer pose at the heart center.
Movement & Mudra:
The hands swing down to the navel point and then release from prayer pose as they move to your sides with palms forward. This motion is done with the mantra as follows. Have your hands in prayer pose at the heart center. As you say Har, the hands move down to the navel point, the palms separate, and the arms swing out to the sides, palms facing forward. When you say Haray, the hands return to prayer pose at the heart center. They drop down to the navel point, separate, and swing back again to your sides with Haree. They touch at the heart center on Wa, are by your sides on hay, and touch again on Guroo.
Continue the cycle for 11 minutes. Inhale, exhale, and relax.
