Prosperity Is Within Us
Prosperity Is Within Us
Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan

When you understand the mission and the magnitude of the mission; then you develop the manners and the attitude to complete that impersonally or you achieve it personally. If you achieve personally you are lost. If you achieve impersonally you gain.

Prosperity is within us. It is something which keeps us alive, which keeps us going. But one thing we forget - those who work for you, you have to carry them. Those who supervise you, you have to carry them. You are a sandwich. Between two pieces of bread you are the cheese. A cheerful, tasty cheese. Carry the boss and carry the subordinates. And if subordinates do two hundred mistakes, guide them and your boss will frown at you two million times - calm him down. That's the basic intelligence required for a prosperous person. Now you have that vitality and strength, or you have one game after the other to play? Well, games have seasons. Off-season nobody plays. You want to play big league or you want to play biggest league, or you want to play the Infinite league? Nanak played the Infinite league. He became Infinite. Those who play big league they were kings and queens and emperors and rulers. Those who play the game remain human. Those who play very limited game become very limited. Those who play unlimited game become unlimited. Life is a game. Nobody can stop it. Honesty is when you play a game, you play a game face to face with another person, not behind their back. What you cannot face has no grace. What you cannot honor has no honor.

I hope the God has put on you the responsibility of giving the future the art and science of prosperity with spirit, mind and self. You show the path by walking yourself and by carrying others. I wish you success and may your future be more prosperous than even you imagine. It's my prayer to my true Guru and to my God that I may hand over to you gracefully all what I know and He gives you the honor that you be worthy to take over what I have. With these two deciding lines, my prayers are with you and I bless you
