Have not been able to work on this project too much. Last progress report I said I was in contact with a Lawyer to try and set up the "legal" aspect of the organization. Well, I have yet to do that. I still am planning on doing it, but just can not find time...with my family obligations (new 2 month old son and 5 year old son). Am calling on all parties to come forth if you have any expertise in setting up a non-profit organization. I am not tied down to setting it up in the United States....it can be formed in any country.
