Saakath or Nigura is bound to the post of Maya like an animal tied to a post (khoota). He does majoori (labor) for Maya and in the end Maya does not even pay him or her the majoori (wage). Because Maya is a bhraham (false).

Gurmukhs do majoori of their Guru. And their majoori is realization about the Creator.

Saakath too has a guru and his own ego is his guru. And this guru does not allow the truth to permeate in. The truth that they follow is just a lie.

And one who can call Gurus names is for a Sikh an out and out Saakath and Nigura.

(I can quote extensively from Bani on this but I will not do so, as Bani will ave no meaning for a person enveloped in ego).
