here some people are discussing about those involved in 84's Carnage. But i want to draw your attention about a problem very serious. Which should be given priority. In vicinity of my house there is TilaK Vihar colony which is also called widows colony, where mostly victim of 84's carenage live. I often pay visit to this colony unnecessarily , I really feel for these people being a sikh & want to do something for them. I have come to know about certain things which i want to share with you. It seem woes of these widows is never going to end, there are so many fatherless children in this colony. Mother of these children work in order to make both ends meet. Many children of this colony have fallen in bad comapny and becoming durgs addicted or indulging in criminal activities. Most children don't go to school being poor & for other reasons. Entire sikh community is like a family and being member of this family these people must be helped. They should not be given money because these people don't know how to use it properly. Once i read an interview of anonymous boy who admitted that he has spent money which he got as compensation for his father on drugs now they have no money so His mother works but he was not able to work being durg addicted. Politician have not done anything for them. Situation can be more grave so something must be done. i have certain suggestions : "NASHA MUKTI KENDRA" must be setup up to help these people to overcome drugs addiction, One good school must be opened there to impart free of cost education to them, retired or volunteer should offer honourary services. evening school must be there to teach working people who can't go to regular school , some training institutes should also be opened for imparting industrial trainging like tv repairs or mechanical training, most importantly these people must be given employment. Mind this these people are our own and no outsider will come to help them. If you want ot know more visit this colony once.
