"The trip to Atlanta proved to be entertaining as well as enlightening for the group of students that are our filmmakers of today and newsmakers of tomorrow," said BCHS broadcast media teacher Gwen Shroyer. The students experienced an informative behind-the-scenes tour at CNN Studios, and they enjoyed a meal at the ESPN Zone, after playing numerous arcade games in the ESPN Zone Arena. The highlight of the trip was taking in the day's "Teen Screen" portion of the Atlanta Film Festival. After the screening, the broadcasting students were able to ask Singh questions about his project and his personal beliefs, which are shared throughout the informative film. The Bradley County Schools broadcast media students are instructed by Shroyer at Bradley Central and Scott Webb at Walker Valley.
