i have a big problem you see my father is always insulting my 16 year old teacher whenever i talk about her and it really hurts my feelings because i cant bear to hear something so mean and cruel about her because she has always helped with so many things and when my father says mean things about her its really unacceptabl to hear somethings abouther and now i feel guilty about telling my parents please help i am feeling really sad and guilty.

Does your father have a reason for insulting your Punjabi Teacher? Has he said why he says these things? Try to understand what he is really trying to say. What are your feelings for this person? Are you a male or female? What is your age? Could there be complications...like do you like your Punjabi teacher more than just a teacher and your father is picking up on that? Try to have a discussion, which is much more productive than slander. If none of this is productive, I would simple say that I don't want to listen to slander about someone who has helped me so much and leave the room. Every time he brings it up...leave the room.
