so you my friend are on the right track and have a responsibility to bring them up front... give them equal rights and protect those rights and then as they start to trust you the women will embrace those rights. Men force women into this second class thing...So help them pratice what you preach!!

Sikh girls/women do not practice what they preach. Often they want equality and the Guru's have preached this but women prefer to stay in the shadows of a man. They want equality but only where and when it suits them. They do not have the courage to do what they are required to do by Sikhism but instead follow a path that their traditions rather than religeon preaches. Come on girls what happened to your spirits?
