Sat Nam,

You talk about the turban and beard coming in the way and preventing a girl from going out with you.

Veera if you have trust in God let me tell you he surely has some one for you and he wants to keep that 1st kiss for that some one.

Also girls just dont know by looks. You may be the best looking guy but if you have a horrid character no girl will go out with you. Infact a lot of girls I know like us keshdhari and amritdhari guys cause they know that we are willing to stand up for what we are and they feel that when there will be a need we will stand up for them too.

As for the girls its us guys who keep commenting about their body hair that makes them feel uncomfortable, I think we guys ought to keep our mouths shut.

I liked what you said about standing up for values including standing up for them as well. Its true. So many people these days won't stand up for anything. Keeping one's hair is a sign of commitment. Being committed to one's values means that one MAY (not always) stand up for what's important in life, which is a very good quality in a partner. I guess the question is why does someone keep the turbin and hair? If you keep them because they represent deeper values, then Congradulations!! Be great, be yourself!!!! GTKK
