I am a rajput boy and want to marry a sikh girl. Is it allowed in the Sikh religion? In case yes, are there any specific rituals which have to be performed?

Sat Siri Akaal. No 'authority' or bhai sahib can force a SIkh to only marry a Sikh, with the possible exception of the person's parents. As a rule, Sikhs encourage their children to marry Sikhs. You will find however, that this is not observed 100%. A lot depends on the parents of the parties involved. Amritdhari Sikhs generally take seriously that they should only marry Sikhs. Much depends on how observant both families are to their religion. A lot also depends on how concerned the Sikh girl's parents are about what others will say. I know of no rituals specific to inter-religious marriage in this instance.
