Wahe Guru Ji ka Khalsa Waheguru ji ki Fateh,


Hi i am very confused, i am a very religios person, i try to pray everyday and try to keep god on my mind all the time and chant waheguru waheguru where ever i am but, when something goes wrong i get worried really quick i panic and i know these are the times your suspose to rely on god and leave it to him but, i try to calm myself and repeat gods name but i just cant get my self i dont know how to keep the faith in god 100%,,, pleasee help me what can i do because i want to keep my faith i dont want to fall when something happens i want to be strong an face it pleaseee help me. if theres a prayer or soemthing i can do that can make me a strong believer. with this i am also a very weak person i never stood up for myself with my siblings and they walk all over me whatever they say i do how can i become a strong person with gods grace???? sorry if i confused you with 2 different quetions.i would really appreciate it thank you.

Do you remember those lines in Japji Sahib - 25th Paury: Ketia Dukh Bukh Sad Mar. Eh bi Dat Teri Datar. They say that many suffer pain, discomforts and hungers of all kinds. Even those are your gifts.
We forget sometimes that God is Everything. Good and bad is all God. We may not like what we get but we need to honor all of it.
It would be nice if you could find a yoga set or two that specifically work on your navel point. That will help you find your inner strength to go through just about anything in life with grace. Do Eagle Pose for 3 minutes a day to strengthen your aura and your ark line so other people's energy will not bother you. If you find trouble getting Kundalini Yoga manuals for yoga sets contact Ancient Healing Ways for help.
Another suggestion is to do 11 times a day 33rd Paury from Japji for at least 40 to 120 days... or even for a whole year if you can. In combination with yoga it may have the best results.
