Summary of Question:	How To Do 24 Hr 'Naam Simran'

waheguru ji ka khalsa,waheguru ji ki fateh

from my childhood I am very parpakh in sikhi but all that comes to me is how to do 24 hour naam simran because I tried several times but did not succeed as I stop the simran after two or two and a half hours and then recite gurbani.
I want to continue but my mind tells me not to any more and it is enough.

(REPLY) Sat Nam. There are two possibilities: Either it is enough, and you've done what you can. Or, you can choose NOT to listen to your mind, and keep on with the simran. Do the best you can, and pray for guidance. Blessings, SP
