SSA!!

Why do most people keep going on and on in the circle of rencarnation when God forgives us?? I mean...it's in the bani that if someone has ever said "waheguru" or listened or recited a shabad, their sins are washed away....then y do people still fall back in the circle??

(REPLY) Sat Nam. Good question. I think there's a difference between having sins washed away, and paying off ALL karma. So, until we consciously connect with Wahe Guru while we're still alive, we will keep coming back until we have that realization, the actual experience that God is not separate from us, but is actually our own innermost Self. So, meditation, consistent remembrance of God's Name, daily practice, reading the Banis can lead to this Liberation. blessings, SP
