Mann is something which every person can probabally relate to

there is no specific name for it in English

best way to explain Mann, is that it is "the conciousness of your soul"

It is the warm feeling inside your body when you feel love,

it is the essence you refer to when you say, "my brain is telling me no, but my heart is saying yes" This 'heart' or conciousness of your soul is what we call "Mann"
