Hello,

I am in a bit of confusion and I was hoping may be I could find an answer to the puzzle. I meditate and listen and do kirtan and attend sangat regularly and I can feel the soul grow through some really unexplainable experiences. I spend my day in Jap, but as I am developing my soul I experience sexual dreams on regular basis. The more I meditate or do path I am sure to have these dreams. I would like to have an insight into this.

Sat Nam! Blessings to you that you are aware of your spiritual growth. Our relationship to our Guru is so sweet. It is beyond words to express.

Dreams are just dreams, nothing more. It is the play of your subconscious mind. Are you rising early in the Amrit Vela? Most sexual dreams come late in sleep, between the hours of 3 AM and waking. That is the time to get up and meditate. If your sadhana is strong, you will clean your subconscious mind and you will dream less. This comes through regular meditation.

Rise early and merge yourself in the Guru's bani. Remember that whatever your mind dwells on, gets stronger. Your mind is very powerful. So do not think about dreams and fantasies. Live in your seva and simran, not your dreams and fantasies.
