Greetings!

I am a Sikh Female in her early 20's, born and reared in North America, and living with Bipolar Disorder/Manic-Depressive illness. I'm not exactly sure how to form this question, but... where are all the young Indian Bipolar people?? I mean, I've discussed this a few times over with my Psychiatrist, and other mental health professionals, but I'm still a bit dumbfounded as to where everyone's hiding out! I totally realize that my illness is nowhere near common, but with the Indian population being as HUGE as it is, I can't help but wonder! So, are there any forums, similar to this one, where mental illness is openly discussed amongst my age/ethnic group? If yes, I haven't come across any.
