Do i hve to take it off which i dont want to and i shall not. This is my first time out of India so i hve no idea about checking at airports n all. Can anyone please guide me on this??

You may not carry a kirpan on any flight. Put your kirpan in your checked luggage only.
When your bag is returned you at your destination you can put it back on.

Understand, even nail clippers and nail files are confiscated on flights. Please comply.
