Sat Sri Akal

I am married, in the US, dont get along with my husband, we have no physical relation neither mental.I am working but I dont want to work anymore
I am far away from family who think I am utmost happy in my married life.

I often get suicidal tendencies at the spur of the moment
At times I feel I would lose all control and go for it.

because I am not able to over come my state of mind, I am un-able to sit and do paath. My mind is always churning and is always restless.

Its a scary notion.

I would appreciate if you could give me a dose or two .

Thank You.

Sat nam. Your marriage is hardly the stuff of connubial bliss. Suicide is NOT the answer. It takes TWO to make a marriage. I would first recommend marriage counseling for both of you.
At the very least, you need counseling help to guide YOU on the decisions you must make for yourself. Stop being a victim and take control of your life. If your marriage is really not going to work, get out of it. Save money to go back to your family or to set yourself up on your own.
DOing paath and naam simran are going to be hard under such circumstances, but please continue to try. Going through the motions is better than not. Even better, get a girlfriend or 4 to join you and make it a daily habit, at your home, hers, or the gurdwara. Or the back yard.
Yes, there are karms involved in your situation, but turn to Guru, do your naam simran and do it daily and pray for the best way forward.
Chant Dhan Dhan Ram Das Guru (find it in Amrit Kirtan) 11 times a day at least. Longer is better. You need a miracle; may it be so.
Guru ang sang
