I was reading an article on the effects of the Japji Sahib and was wondering how many times must i recite the 38th pauri ,or any other not list on the site shown, to get its effect since this site shows a couple and how many times it must be repeated:

is there anyway anyone could help me find the effects of each pauri and how many times they must be repeated

p.s. i do Japji Sahib every morning

Generally you would recite it 11 times a day for a period of time...40 days, 90 days, 1,000 days , your entire life...or 31 minutes a day if you like to do a singing meditation...or 11 minutes ...your choice.SK
