Hi How are you?

I just wanted to ask a quick question, I have a guru granth sahib and I was reading it, it has the punjabi on one side of the page and the translation in english on the other....
I am not too good with my punjabi and I was just wondering is it better for me to read the english translation and understand it.... or read it in punjabi and not understand it....

Dont get me wrong I can read it in punjabi as it would sound I just dont understand it when I read it in punjabi....

So is it better for me to read it in english and too understand it or is it better for me to read it in punjabi and not understand it?

Do both. Read it in Gurmukhi for the benefit of the Naad, then read it in English to get the meaning. GTKK
