can sikh wear birth stone/lucky stone or is it against sikhism

No, it is not against Sikhism. Gemstones conduct and focus certain energies. But understand that these things are very small in power compared to Guru's bani. No reason not to wear them, but if you feel they are the answer to life's problems, then please rethink that.
