waheguru ji ka kahlsa waheguru ji ki fateh. I cannot recommend a good shampoo when I don't know where you live and what's out there for you. Please search this Youth Forum using search words 'shampoo" and also "conditioner" to see other commentary about hair care and keeping hair in this sense. I recommend to many that they spend a couple of hours at a barbershop or hair salon and get a good lesson in hair care. The folks who style hair have to learn about what hair is and the different types of hair and how to keep hair from the outside. So fork out the cash and see one (lots of places are for men as well as women) and get a lesson that way. I do know that shampoo with the wrong PH can cause hair to fall out, and every Sikh should use either hair conditioner after shampooing, or oil their hair and scalp weekly (use a natural, non-mineral-based oil such as almond oil) as well.
