i have a very good friend who is indian, but christian. he has good indian values but the only difference is he has christian religious practicies. Now, i wanted to know how difficult would it be for a married life? do you think that if both of us were open minded about having different religions we would have a good chance at a marriage, because we are indian and share similarities?what possible problems do you see?
this boy is a good friend of mine, and i never thought about marrying him, but he said he loved me and asked me if we could marry in the future. Now i do not know how to approach my parents about this issue, being that they are of a traditional hindu family. I know they have no objection to out of caste marriages... but how do i know if they would acccept an indian christian? i totally respect my family's views and wont take a step against them, but i dont want them to reject him just because he's christian if we can make it work!
please give me your opinion. thank you!!
