Summary of Question:	Boy-Friend With Gun :-(

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!

Me and my boy-friend are together since almost year and half and we never had hard time discussing anything or in sorting out our problems....however, his attitude has being changed alot since past 4-6 months. He has started to behave like a typical THUG. He thinks that he can do anything he wanna do and nobody can do any thing about it. He has started making all those so called "COOL DUDE" friends. And now recently, one of his those friends got him a gun, which he says is not that powerful. WEll...Waheguru knows if its powerful or watever...all i noe is he got a GUN!...wat difference does it makes about how much power it has?
The main thing is that i did talk to him about it, but he's just getting too stubborn about it. He's not ready to listen to a single word that i have to say about him keeping a gun. If i talk about his new friends and tell him to leave their company, they he gets mad again.
More over my brother sports him for wat he's doing as well:-(

(REPLY) Sat Nam. If you have any common sense at all, you will stop the relationship with this "boy-friend." It is sad that your brother is so stupid as to encourage his having a gun and associating with the "friends" you describe. Someone you know could end up dead, "By accident" or otherwise. Get yourself OUT of this situation. If he won't listen to you, then he has no respect for you, and if that is the case, what future do you have with him? Have you ever thought about marriage? I think you need to grow up fast and use some mature judgment here, and don't keep yourself in any potentially dangerous situation. As a Sikh woman, you need some dignity, some self-respect and some courage to be brave enough to stick up for what you know is right, and to refuse to participate in anything you KNOW to be wrong.
