I have attended a camp of IIGS(International Institute of gurmat studies). On its lecture, we were tought that all the Gurus have one Jyot which is of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. That is why all gurus wrote nanak in the end of their shabad. but could you please tell me that why guru Gobind Singh ji didn't write Nanak in the end of his shabad or bani? Please reply soon

Sat Nam.
When the Gurus whose bani is in Siri Guru Granth composed their gurbani, they included "Nanak" on the end of the shabds as a holy seal, to affirm that the authoring Guru held the Light and Teachings of Guru Nanak. Guru Gobind Singh wrote bani, but since he (1) did not want to include his bani in the Granth, and (2) regarded the Siri Guru Granth Sahib as complete with the addition of 9th Guru's bani, he did not 'seal' his bani by adding Nanak. Don't think this means that 10th Guru was not part of Nanak's spiritual lineage. He was. Guru ang sang,
