Hi I know you have already answered a lot of questions about masturbation but please can you just my answer my question.

I am a 13 year old Sikh boy and I masturbate.
I understand that masturbation may be wrong but does my age make a difference since I'm going through puberty and all.

Or Course masturbation is not wrong at any age but there are few things to consider. Masturbation is a lot more of a healthy activity for women than it is for men.
When a woman masturbates it produces a healing energy in her body that she really needs. However when a man does it the effects maybe very different. Production of sperm takes a lot of energy in a man's body. It takes a lot of nutrition like protein and vitamins. The more a man ejaculates the more he depletes his body of important nutrients.

You have to understand basic principals of the act of making love and just the basic differences between a male and female energy. I suggest getting a book called "Sacred Sexual Bliss" by Sat Kaur Khalsa or another one written by Jivan Joti Kaur Khalsa I believe called "Making Sex Sacred". Contact Spirit Voyage or Ancient Healing Ways to get a hold of one of those books.
When a man ejaculates outside of a woman's aura he depletes his electromagnetic field. On the other hand if he is in a relationship (best married) then his energy during any sexual act is being charged by woman's aura in a very healthy way.

Most major religions will tell you that masturbation is a sin but they will never tell you why they are of that opinion. The truth is that they don't even know themselves. They just carry some belief about it from century to century and it just makes people feel guilty about their own sexuality. In this day and age nothing should be based on belief. It has to do with your own experience and knowledge as well as educated opinion of any situation including this one.
