Hi please help.

if you do anything sexual besides having sex is it bad?

(REPLY) You can decide for yourself what is "bad" simply by noticing what makes you feel guilty. A valuable measuring gauge for what to do or not to do is whether you would do it with God watching you. And realize that God is always with you! You are actually a divine being temporarily living in a human body, and the body is the living temple of that One God. Things that elevate and uplift our soul help us to experience the reality of our actual identity, things that lower our consciousness take us farther from who we really are. SAT NAM is what Guru Nanak taught: Truth is your identity --- Truth is God's Name.
