Sat Siri Akaal. Waheguru is the True Friend. It sounds to me like the problem is the people of this gurdwara. Can you attend a different gurdwara? Another option at the Gurdwara is to involve yourself in gurdwara seva and projects, and attend the Youth Activities that I hope your gurdwara offers. This way people see you in action and actions speak so much louder than words.

There is no particular paath for this issue that I know of. But regular practice of paath and naam simran can give you neutral mind, and your faith in Guru and your daily practice will over time shift your circle to attract people to it that you can relate to. It is a subtle thing.

Is there some shabd you particularly like? Then recite that. Or any bani or pauri of a bani that you particularly appreciate? Then recite that 11 times a day, along with your regular nitnaym and naam simran. Guru ang sang,
