Hi

my question is would sikhism allow me to get circumcised? i have no health problems and theres nothing wrong with my penis but i would just like to be circumcised. is there anything that says i can't do it? also, are sikhs allowed to masturbate or give/receive oral sex?

Just like cutting of the hair is not considered following the Guru's path, so is circumcision. There is no medical reason for a healthy male to be circumsized, it actually decreases sensitivity to the penis. The foreskin is part of your body and in Sikhism you should not alter any part of your body.

However, your question seems to me as if you have a deeper problem. Why do you want to be circumcized? Do you want to be like other Westerns? You should think about why you want to be circumcized, and conformity is not answer! A Sikh should stand proud and tall for who he or she is, not what society wants him or her to be.
