it gives me some useful information & tips.
daas wants to ask a question about my friend.He is obes. I met him in the collage
he is a sikh, he told me that he wants to be smart(slim) but he is getting overweight, he is very much tense about his body.
He believes in SHIRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB JEE of-course, Waheguru G can you suggest me some special Pankties(lines) of Gurbani that helps to keep his body fit & reduce obesity.
