Summary of Question:Jatt's Response To Earlier Post

Sat Sri Akaal

I felt I had to write after reading the opinions of my fellow Sikh brothers and sisters on the issue of Jats. I am a Jat and "I am not up myself" nor am i narrow minded, this goes for my family, relatives or other Jatt friends. I feel that to genearalize all Jats on a select few is wrong. I have met plenty of Tarkhans that are not particularly nice people but then i am not judging the whole Tarkan community on those few. In response to one question i read it stated that Jat's treat their daughters like diamonds and their daughter in laws very badly, how can you generalize and judge every Jat on that particular family? It does not make sense. My parents treat my sister in law in exactly the same they treat me and my sister.
How can a person talk of narrow minded Jats when they have beens so narrow minded to even air such small minded opinions.
I have not intended to upset or offend anyone so if I have then I am sincerly sorry, but I just felt I had to say my peace.
Many Thanks
"Wahe Guru Ji Ki Khalsa Wahe Guru Ji Ki Fateh"

Sat Siri Akaal. I appreciate your response. As I said in the earlier post, I posted it for other reasons, NOT because the Forum agrees with the assertion that Jats are narrowminded. But let us not get into a name-calling spree here. We are all Khalsa, and that is what counts.

Guru ang sang,
