Sat Nam,
Ultimately you are free to do what you want in life as long as you are willing to figure it out. It is not wrong to marry a Sikh who has not been baptized but you have to ask yourself how important to you that he or she would be baptized.

More importantly you really need to make a list of all the things that are important to you in your life and how important would it be that the other person will match all of them or most of them. Sometimes if a person is a great match to you in every other way then perhaps you can just accept them the way they are and never complain about the rest.

Do ask that person what it important to them and how they see their future with you. Perhaps you can build a beautiful future together without placing too many demands on each other. Or in some circumstances the other person may just agree to take Amrit because it is very important to you.

Compromise is a very important ingredient in every relationship.
