It's really funny because most girls my age (im 15) complain that they hate being fat... I'm complaining because Im 15 and im only 6 and half stones... All the other girls in my year think I'm really skinny...and I admit it..Yes I am...Nothing ever fits me..My mums forever stiching and altering and pinning my clothes to make them fit me... Im short and skinny and I hate looking in the mirror...The thing is.. I eat...And I eat alot... I eat all the right balance in food too...Everything in my body is fine (Rabh Rakha) apart from my sodium and Urea which are 1% below normal. But that's fine.. I don't want to be fat.. Or thin.. Just normal.. Nothing fits me..I hate it.. I really do! I hate looking at my figure in the mirror... I have a tiny waist.. alright hips and a alright bottom..How can I put weight on..Please help mee... I know God will help me..I just wish He helps me sooner....

(REPLY) Sat Nam. Have you asked your doctor about this? Your question is a medical one. Sounds like your metabolism is working overtime. However, we can't give medical advice, so again, please consult your doctor! But I will suggest that your body will go through many changes as you get older, and although at 15 it's of major concern, I'll bet it will change! Try to stop obsessing about your physical appearance (I know it's hard!) and realize that the physical body is not who you are! You are a soul who lives in the physical body, and you also have a mind to use. Try to remind yourself every day as often as possible that God lives and breathes in you! Blessings, SP
