my first marriege was arranged by my parents but he left me & his daugter 4 another woman.i was very young and have made lots of stupied mistakes ever since coz i had no family 2 help me.1 of my mistakes were i started 2 rely on my landlord 4 suport coz idident no wat to do before i knew he was just using me i got pregnant & he left me i no it was wrong wat i was doing but i dident no wat to do i had never been on my own before i coudent cope.i was on my own for 10 years before i got married 2 a muslim man only coz i knew that no sikh man will want 2 marry some1 with a muslim child. any way this marriage dident work coz he changed wen i got pregnant he was violent towards me & my kids so i left him. anyway i am old enough 2 realise all i want is 2 be a good person & bring my kids up as good sikhs iv started to recite 5 daily banis & become a good person i have stoped eating meat & go to the gurdwara twice a week but i,m affraid if any1 was 2 find out about my past will i ever be forgiven will my wahaguru ji forgive me & also wen i married this muslim man he says coz i had to read the kalma i became muslim atomatically is this right if this is so what do i have to do to revert back to sikhi plz help

The only thing you have to do is forgive yourself. God and Guru have already forgiven you. There are so many stories of people who had really awful lives who dropped their past and lived the life of a conscious person. It sounds like you have learned from your mistakes. Take those lessons with you and go forward in your life, living it as you know is best for you and your children. Chant the Naam and Guru will cover you. Blessings in 2004. GTKK
