Waheguru ji ki khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh

I have asked this question before, but did not get a respond back. So i will ask in simpler terms.

If we do not not fully follow the Sikh way of life and do not get rid of our karmas, and eventually die, and then go through the reincarnation process. Do we become sikhs again, eventhough we did good things, didnt steal, cheat,did seva, etc, however still had cut hair. Then do we become a different race or do we continue to be re-born into sikhs.

There is no gaurantee of anything after this life. Who can even say or know if you will get a human birth again?
Object of this life is to live in God consciousness. The practices of the SIkh lifestyle are practices that can give you this consciousness. It is a formula how to live as a soul having a human experience. When you delve deeply into your meditative awarenes you will find many answers and great information.
