Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!

Dear Sister, you should never let things like that get you down. I'm also from East London so I know a little about what has been happening in Leyton. When I've had to face situations like this before, my mother always reminded me that from the time of Guru Nanak Dev ji onwards there have always been so called 'Sikhs' who only have Sikhi on the outside and nothing inside. If you keep the Guru uppermost in your mind, he will help you. I'm sure that there are other young people in your local sangat who feel the same as you. Just remember that most of the so called 'prabandhiks' are old men who have no vision and no future. You on the other hand have every thing ahead of you. Stay on the Path and in Chardhi Kala.

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
