Sikhs predominatly eat Indian Food - vegetable dishes like peas and paneer, eggplant, cauliflower, okra etc. and lentils, beans. Many Sikhs eat meat also and many are pure vegetarians. There's a huge variety of food and complex preparations involved. I would suggest getting an Indian cookbook or logging on to a site called www.bawarchi.com.
