Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh

i'm sorry if somebody hv asked for this question, i just couldn't find the question........some people say that you can not just throw your hair after you comb it (i mean the one that is stuck in the comb).......you must collect it and every month you must pu it for saskar ( must burn ).......they say that the hair was a living thing then it's dead......so you hv to treat it with full respect because if you just throw it like that then the hair is not precious again.......the hair is the one hat we're proud of....so we must treat it with full respect......is it true?????????

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh! I have NEVER heard of this. Once it breaks from your head, it is not living, I think. You can burn it if you want to, but I don't think there is anything in the SIKH Rehit that says you must.
